Elaine’s background is in primary school teaching. She has taught in several primary schools in Australia as well as in Canada before completing her Masters of Occupational Therapy in 2012.  After graduating as DUX from Curtin University, Elaine pursued her passion to support children who have trouble in learning, social activity or daily activity. She has completed extra study in the area of sensory integration therapy and applies this knowledge in all her sessions. 

Elaine’s clear understanding of child development, familiarity with the Australian Curriculum and her experience as an education support teacher enables her to support the needs of children who come to the clinic.  

Elaine has experience helping children who struggle with low level anxiety and she is a registered Mental Health Care provider.
